We could call this "Feast Day", because you can have a cup of rice for lunch and Six tomatoes throughout the whole day! Isn't it awesome? You need to take your water intake on the 5th day. Because your body will increase uric acid due to the tomatoes that you should eat, May I suggest 15 glasses of water on this day?

DAY 6: RICE AND VEGETABLES!

Can we call this the "2nd Feast Day"? Now you can have one cup of rice during lunchtime and choose any vegetable you like. No sweat, cause you can go back to drinking 8 to 12 glasses of water on this day.

DAY 7: THE FINALE!
You have finally reached the end of the diet plan. On the 7th day, you can actually consume a cup of rice, vegetables, and fruit juice! The fruit juice that you're going to drink will flush out the toxins in your system which makes the perfect way to end the diet plan.
